BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
All bookings for the ‘Boab and Myrtle Chandon High Tea’ must be paid in full, with a valid payment method at the time of reservation.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
All guests consuming food from the high tea food tower must be 18 years or older to enjoy the Grand Marnier flambé
ALCOHOL
All guests need to be 18+ years old to consume alcohol. Non-alcoholic substitutes are available for minors and non- Alcoholic sparkling wine is available for non-drinking adults.
FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLEGIES
We strive to accommodate food intolerances and allergies and have extensive experience in the area. That being said, please be aware that our kitchen handles gluten, nuts, and seafood. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
TIMING
Each high tea experience is strictly limited to a 2-hour sitting. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this timeframe to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For bookings of 6 guests or fewer, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience will receive a full refund.
For bookings of 7 guests or more, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience will not be eligible for a refund.
MENU CHANGES
The menu is subject to change without notice. We endeavor to provide the best possible experience and may adjust offerings based on seasonal availability and quality.
